You know that kid in school— the one who was always doodling, or stacking blocks in a way that the others in the room just couldn’t see? That kid was Matt. And while many kids would have ignored their natural skills and abilities, or simply wrote them off as “hobbies”, Matt took them to heart. Over the years, Matt worked in nearly every aspect of construction – from plumbing to electrical, HVAC to framing - all the while, honing the skills that would position him where he is today.
More recently, Matt has worked designing and building custom homes— using his passion and unique abilities to help his clients create their dream homes. The idea of using his skills to help people realize their dream space is something that constantly pushes Matt to reimagine what is possible in real property — Right here at home.
Cheyenne Galenzoski
Executive Design Assistant
Chey finished her schooling for Interior Decorating in 2017 in Kelowna, B.C at Okanagan College.
Her role as an Interior Designer and Decorator encompasses a diverse array of responsibilities that leverage her academic background in design and decorating. Her role is pivotal in the successful execution of design projects, requiring a blend of creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail to transform clients' visions into reality.
Chey is involved in collaborating closely with the build process to develop design concepts and implement aesthetic solutions that enhance the functionality and visual appeal of your space. Assisting in the selection of color palettes, sourcing materials, as well as preparing design presentations and mood boards to communicate ideas effectively.
Chey also manages administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining project timelines, and coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure a seamless project execution from start to finish.
